P(Gain) began as a collaboration between academics and private practitioners seeking solutions to provide customized financial modelling, support services, and training to institutions and individuals. P(Gain)’s core advisors have deep roots in academics and continue to work with leading universities to offer curriculum development, course instruction at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and training on financial models. They bring a perspective built over decades of professional experience in a range of sectors to everything they provide for their clients.

P(Gain) works with leading universities and offers a Pro Forma Fundamentals Certification Programme through the Urban Land Institute (ULI). This program provides real estate development professionals with the set of technical skills necessary to make better-informed development, investment and valuation decisions.

Roger Staiger is owner of P(Gain), LLC, an international real estate investment and advisory firm with offices in Washington DC, Baltimore, Dallas, and Nevis. P(Gain), LLC develops, owns and manages investments in the DC metropolitan area and the Caribbean.

During his 20-year career, Mr. Staiger has worked in a number of industries at senior levels. He was Managing Director for a Fortune 500 Energy Company’s commodity division, CFO for America’s Best Mid-Sized Builder 2006, and a Portfolio Manager for a large commingled pension fund in New York.

Bob Rajewski is a seasoned Project Finance professional with over 33 years of field experience with diverse commercial and multi-family investments. Mr. Rajewski is skilled in quickly identifying issues within complex real estate assets/interests, dissecting them, and formulating strategies to resolve them through innovative and market-based solutions. His focus is on back office underwriting, financing for third party family offices and small investment companies.

Alic Kelso is an experienced investment professional bringing to the team diverse experience with the structuring and active management of real assets. Over the course of his career he has served as an asset and portfolio manager across asset classes and across the United States as well as a consultant for middle market investment firms and developers. His expertise is within financial modelling, capital structuring and underwriting. Prior to transitioning into Finance, he served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and achieved graduate degrees in International Commerce, Real Estate and Finance & Investment.
