Everything we do at P(Gain) ties back to our belief that through the sharing of knowledge, we allow our clients and students to better themselves. P(Gain) began as a collaboration between practitioners and academics to provide tailored financial modelling, portfolio management, and transactional services to institutions and individuals.
We work with leading universities to offer curriculum development, course instruction at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and training on financial models. Through our ongoing partnership with the Urban Land Institute, we work with students and professionals to offer a Pro Forma Fundamentals Certification program, which provides real estate development professionals with the set of technical skills necessary to make better-informed development, investment and valuation decisions.
